Relair is designed for exceptionally quiet operation. The indoor unit's silent mode operates at just 19dB - literally quieter than a whisper (20dB) or rustling leaves. Normal operation is around 26-32dB on low speed, similar to a quiet library. Even at high speed, it's only 38-45dB - quieter than normal conversation. The outdoor unit operates at 48-52dB, comparable to a refrigerator, with a night mode reducing this further.

The indoor unit is typically wall-mounted high on an internal wall, ideally opposite a door or in a position that allows good airflow across the room. Avoid placing it directly above beds or seating areas. The outdoor unit needs adequate ventilation and is usually mounted on an external wall bracket (at least 2m high) or a ground stand. We'll survey your property and advise on optimal positioning during our free site visit.

Absolutely! For larger homes or multiple rooms, we offer multi-split systems where one outdoor unit can connect to 2-5 indoor units, each with independent temperature control. This is more efficient and aesthetically pleasing than multiple separate systems. We can also install several single-split systems if your requirements demand it.
