The Ecocent 300 combines domestic hot water production with the potential to extract warm, moist air as part of a suitable ventilation design. The effects on moisture and running costs depend on the property and system design.

300-litre heat pump hot water cylinder. Extract-air integration may support moisture management where the ventilation design is suitable. Ask us for confirmed output, airflow, acoustic, recovery and electrical specifications for the selected model.

Features and benefits

This is an unvented hot water system and must be installed by a competent person in accordance with Building Regulation G3 (England & Wales), Technical Standard P3 (Scotland) or Building Regulation P5 (Northern Ireland). The local Building Control Officer must be notified of the installation. Ensure all safety devices, expansion vessel and discharge pipework are correctly fitted. Switch off power before carrying out any maintenance. Follow all instructions in the installation and operation manual.

Ecocent uses heat pump technology mounted on top of a hot water cylinder. It extracts heat from the ambient air to heat your water. As a byproduct of this process, it removes moisture from the air, effectively dehumidifying your home. It's two benefits from one unit.
